Unlocking Hard Mode

To be able to play in Hard mode what has to be done?

Wiki states
[edit] Accessing Hard Mode
??? To gain access to a campaign's Hard mode, you must win the final mission for that campaign in Normal mode.
??? Once you win a campaign with any character on your account, every level 20 character on that same account will have access to Hard mode for that campaign.
I have finished prophecies with my a couple characters.

But Hardmode in Prophecies is not available to my Lvl 20 Necro or lvl 20 Elementalist? (I have not checked the Characters that have finished it but will tonight)

I do have access to it in Factions and Nightfall on all lvl 20 characters

There is a minor issue relating to hard mode access. In order for a character who has not completed normal mode (for any campaign) to gain access to hard mode, the player must first log in with a character who had completed the normal mode (for any campaign).
